  • Geography: Slovenia (current) | USA over time

  • Ownership: Same owner for the past 10+ year and open to a structured transition

  • Size: €0.3–1.5m revenue | €80–150k EBITDA | 15–30 employees

  • Business profile: B2B, recurring customers, stable last 3 years, not 100% owner-dependent

  • Deal preference: Majority acquisition (51%+) with structured terms

  • Confidentiality: NDA within 24 hours before reviewing sensitive information
