We acquire and build B2B service businesses, with following investment criteria:
Geography: Slovenia (current) | USA over time
Ownership: Same owner for the past 10+ year and open to a structured transition
Size: €0.3–1.5m revenue | €80–150k EBITDA | 15–30 employees
Business profile: B2B, recurring customers, stable last 3 years, not 100% owner-dependent
Deal preference: Majority acquisition (51%+) with structured terms
Confidentiality: NDA within 24 hours before reviewing sensitive information
